    The short route to your own home

     

    Hetlandhus is introducing nine detached houses with a primary focus on a high standard of living at a sensible price. Streamlined manufacturing processes, low energy consumption and the possibility to contribute yourself, makes Hetlandhus an affordable option for those planning to build a house.  

    The houses are produced as modules at our factory. The building method and choice of materials and products ensures a dry house with a healthy indoor climate. Hetlandhus already complies with the new energy requirements for homes that come into effect from the autumn of 2009.

     

      

    The house may be completed as soon as two to three months from being granted a building permit. Our professional team has long experience and broad expertise. We help you select the type of house and optional extras, and we ensure that applications and forms are correctly filled in and handled.
