Spokespersons
The chief executive and chief financial officer are the company's financial market spokespersons. Other members of the management team will be used as spokespersons on particula subjects and events when the market requires access to the best possible information.
Publication of price sensitive information
BWG Homes discloses price-sensitive information relating to significant contracts and investments, or to other substantial changes or events in the company. As a matter of principle the company does not comment on rumours or speculation.
At the end of each month, the value of the month's net order intake is reported, compared with the same period of the previous year and accumulated for the year. This information applies to new orders, less cancelled orders placed the same year. Cancelled orders placed the previous year are not taken into account.
Guidance
BWG Homes does not quantify targets for the company's future turnover, earnings, return on capital or cash flow.
Response to analyses, estimates and profit expectations
BWG Homes may evaluate analyses prior to their publication, but will only be able to correct factual and presentational errors in the information the company itself has released to the market as stock exchange announcements or on the company's website.
