BWG Homes is strongly committed to open and equal treatment of all shareholders. This takes place through interim and annual reports, open presentations, investor meetings, company disclosures and press releases. Returns and dividend
BWG Homes seeks to give its shareholders an annual dividend of up to 50 per cent of the profit after tax. A dividend is proposed if in the Board's view it will not adversely impact the BWG Homes' future growth ambitions or capital structure.

Options and convertible loans
The Board of BWG Homes has not allocated options to the CEO or other members of management. No separate share programme has been established for employees. There are no convertible loans.
The insider rules define who is a primary insider and how primary insiders are to comply with current rules. Primary insider trading in the BWG share must always be approved by the person in charge of clearing share trades in the BWG Homes.
