The largest shareholder is CEO Lars Nilsen, who at the end of 2009 owned 32.52 per cent of the shares through his companies Lani Industrier AS, Lani Development AS and Lagulise AS. Other shareholders are both private and institutional shareholders. The total number of shareholders at 31 December 2009 was 1 377. The number of foreign shareholders was 86, corresponding to an ownership share of 16 per cent. At 31 December 2008 the total number of shareholders was 847 of which 56 foreign corresponding to an ownership of 17 per cent.
The share issues carried out in 2009 involved 32.276 million shares. 95 shareholders subscribed in the share issues – both institutional and private investors. The largest of the new investors was Rasmussengruppen AS which subscribed for 10 million shares.
87.6 million shares changed hands in 2009. The closing price at the balance sheet date was NOK 17.00.
